Bill Grayson, Managing Director of Grayson Wagner Bsc, FNZIC Bill has 40 years experience in the New Zealand chemical industry. Bill has owned and managed successful laboratories which provided services in the fields of chemistry, environmental chemistry, geochemistry, timber chemistry, microbiology, food safety, quality systems, laboratory management, failure analysis and product development.
Bill was one of the founding members of Brothers In Arms, an at risk youth mentoring organisation in Auckland, and is frequently seen taking the boys out for a sneaky fish on the Waitemata.

Bernard Kimble, Lab Manager, Diploma Analytical Chemistry MNZIC Bernard has over 20 years experience in product development in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry, making him quite possibly one of the most knowledgeable FMCG development chemists in New Zealand. In his spare time, he can be found paddling the mighty Waikato in one of his many K1 kayaks.

Kate Ellingham, Chemist, BSc MNZIC Kate’s BSc–pharmacology major has led to a particular
interest in the development of personal care and
agricultural products. She also has a competitive
sporting background, being RSX-windsurfing National
Champion from 2009-2011 and 11th at the
2009 RSX World Championships. She now brings her
passion, critical thinking and dedication into the lab
where she works alongside Bernard.
